But the game never allows you to repeat data it already has, and it already has data for LEADER_CATHERINE in the table, and it already has data for CIVILIZATION_RUSSIA in table. Whoward's thread is intended for you to use the included files as templates for creating a civilization. Then the game is discarding the entire file(s) where these statements appear.
